Ingredients: 1 fish (any type), cleaned and scaled 1/2 cup (120 ml) heavy cream 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil 1 clove garlic, minced salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Stuff the fish with the cream mixture. Place the fish in a baking dish, and pour milk over the top. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the fish is cooked through.

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1/4 teaspoon paprika

-1/4 cup light mayonnaise -2 tablespoons Dijon mustard -1 tablespoon capers, drained and chopped -2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice -2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves -1 clove garlic, minced To serve: 1 lemon, cut into wedges Directions:

 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.     2. Place fish in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, stir together flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle over fish, turning to coat.     3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, capers, lemon juice, oregano, and garlic; spread over fish.     4. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. 4) Stir in the parsley and capers. Simmer for 5 more minutes or until heated through. 5) Stir in the raisins and serve over cooked noodles or rice if desired

Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with butter. Arrange fish fillets in the baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice over top. Spread Duchesse potatoes over fish. Dot with butter. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish with parsley before serving.
