Ingredients:  4 fish steak (cod, tilapia, catfish etc.) Soy sauce Honey Hot sauce (optional) Green onion (optional) Ginger (optional) Garlic (optional) Rice vinegar (optional)

Instructions: 1. Combine soy sauce, honey and hot sauce in a bowl if desired.
2. Optionally add ginger, garlic or green onion.
3. Place each piece of cod on some foil.
4. Evenly coat each piece of cod with the soy mixture then seal up the foil packets.
5 Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
6 Serve with rice vinegar if desired.
